Contact and FAQ
Q: I want to like/subscribe/book/interview/use music from/learn more about (insert artist)! How do I get in touch with them?
A: If you go over to the Artists page, you can find bios, music, social media links, photos, and contact information for all of the artists on our label.
Q: You suck! My order is wrong/didn't come! Can you fix this?
A: We can! Send an email to email@example.com with the subject line "Order Issues" and we will take care of it ASAP.
Q: Speaking of orders, where is mine? How is it getting sent? When will it be here? Help!
A: All shipped orders will be sent out, barring any crazy circumstances, within two business days of their placement. When they are, you will receive an email with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) and a tracking number so you can follow your order as it enjoys a lovely jaunt across the good ol' U.S. of A.
Q: I spend my days living on a boat in the Caspian Sea off the coast of Baku, Azerbaijan at the coordinates 39°43'29.4"N 50°37'52.9"E. I love one of your artists! Can you make deliveries to me?
A: At this time, we unfortunately cannot make any deliveries outside of the U.S. If you really want something delivered to you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will absolutely do our best to work something out with you.
Q: My band wants to release music with 1212 Records. How?
A: Shoot an email over to email@example.com with the subject line "Demo Submission - (Artist Name)" and include any information, links, or files you think we would need. Please do not send us mp3s or WAVs, send us private sharing/streaming links through SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Google Drive, etc. Please also note that we are a very small label and it is unlikely that we will be taking on new artists unless we are blown away. That being said, we will always listen to your submission and do our best to reply to you as soon as we can.
Q: I need help on my math homework?
A: Two of us have music degrees and the third is admittedly "afraid of numbers and math" but like, sure.
